Policies
Return Policy:   All sales are final.  We do not want to risk a return that may be a copy. Once you are interested in an item, we are happy to answer any questions you have about it. We can even send a close-up photo via email if you want.  We prefer to obtain pieces in mint conditions.  But some of them are great vintage pieces that cannot be missed and may not be in perfect conditions as we would like them.  When this is the case (like small chips, cracks, or a missing bead), we let you know beforehand the condition of the item.

Private Policy:  We are committed to respect your privacy.  We do not share your name, mailing, or any other information with anyone else.
Shipping Policy:  We pack our items with great care to assure ourselves it will arrive well to you. Shipping charges are base on the weight, size, and destination.  We will let you know how much it will be. Usually items will be sent USPS or FedEx.

International orders are subject to shipping address verification. Please note that Villa de Antiguedades Vintage and More is not responsible for any customs charges or duty fees imposed by non-US countries.  Such fees or charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your customs office if you have any questions. Please do not ask to lie on the amount or mark as a gift. Thank You.

On international orders - If buyer does not wish to pay for tracking and insurance, once the item is shipped the buyer is responsible for covering all costs involved in the case of undelivered/lost or damaged mail.  Seller cannot be held liable if insurance and tracking are not purchased and the item never arrives. 

On US orders we will cover the insurance and tracking.
Payment Method:  We only accept U.S. dollars, Visa/MC, ATH, Check, or Money Orders.  Once received and processed your payment, we will ship promptly your purchase.

Items paid with credit card are shipped as soon as the delivery address is confirmed.  Items paid with check as soon as the check is cleared by your bank, we will ship the item (usually 14 business days).

Ordered items will be held for 7 days (10 days international). If payment is not received within those 7 days (10 days international), items will be returned to stock.

All orders are first come.
Sales Tax:  A sales tax of 7% is charged to the merchandise total.
Errors:  We have check all website information for accuracy, but still errors and omissions may appear and are subject to correction.
